Your generous donations allow La Bella Fleur Birthing Hospital, Inc., to continue its mission of providing and improving equitable access to affordable, high-quality maternal services.

Our Commitment

  • INCREASE ACCESSABILITY

    Ensure that at least 80% of services offered are available at little to no cost for low-income women of color, removing financial barriers to maternal healthcare.

  • CULTURALLY COMPENTENT CARE

    Train 100% of healthcare staff in cultural competency and implicit bias to better understand and address the unique experiences and needs of women of color.

  • EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

    Develop and implement maternal health education workshops that reach at least 300 women of color annually, focusing on prenatal care, nutrition, childbirth, and postpartum recovery.

  • COMMUNITY OUTREACH

    Establish partnerships with at least five local organizations and community groups to raise awareness about available maternal services and resources tailored to women of color.

  • MENTAL HEALTH

    Integrate mental health services into maternal care by providing mental health screenings and resources for all our clients, ensuring comprehensive care.

  • TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE

    Develop a transportation program to assist at least 100 women of color with rides to prenatal and postpartum appointments annually to mitigate transportation barriers.

  • ADVOCATE FOR POLICY CHANGE

    Actively engage in advocacy efforts aimed at influencing local and state policies to address systemic inequalities in maternal health.
