Jane’t Espinoza, President/Founder of La Bella Fleur Healthcare and Birthing Hospital, Inc, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Masters of Arts in Organizational Management with a Specialization in Healthcare Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus formally known as Ashford University. Jane’t has been in the Healthcare Field for over 22 years. She has worked in Insurance, Case Management, Clinical Supervisor and Management.
Jane’t founded La Bella Fleur because of her passion for Women of Color Maternal Health. She established La Bella Fleur to provide advocacy for Pregnant Women to lower the Maternity Mortality Rate among Women of Color. La Bella Mission statement is to improve the outcome for Women of Color Birthing Experience through continuing education, professional development, and support circles for birthing families.
Lorena Torres

Lorena Torres is a business management professional with expertise in project management, stakeholder communications, and business process improvement. She has experience in insurance, energy and non-profit companies where she has combined the best practices with wide-ranging business intelligence and meticulous attention to detail, she excels in completing varied tasks promptly and professionally.
Safa Butt
Director of Compliance
Safa Butt is a Healthcare Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor with a robust medical background as a general practitioner, complemented by an MPH degree and relevant health certifications. Expertise includes Regulatory Compliance, Internal Auditing, Health Policy Development and Management, Risk Mitigation and Management, and Staff Training and Development. Proven ability to implement effective policies, conduct rigorous audits, and ensure 100% compliance in healthcare settings.
