La Bella Fleur Empower Birth is an Internal Education Program for the Entire Organization. In this Program the Entire Staff is given an overview of La Bella Fleur Birthing Hospital and Healthcare Center, Inc. This Program is a 12-15 week program designed to Educate our Staff on topics such as: Values, Ethics, Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedure, and Hospital and Healthcarece Center Departments. EmpowerBirth is created as an Overview for the Hospital and Healthcare Center.

La Bella Fleur EmpowerHer MD is an Educational Didactic and On-the-job Training Program for our Obstetrical Medical Physicians, Registered Nurses, Midwives, Doulas, Nurse Practitioners, and Physicians Assistants. This program is a 12-18 Week Program designed to Educate our Providers on topics such as: Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity among Women of Color. The Program is also created to Understand our Motto: “Not One Size Fits All”, for our Patients.

La Bella Fleur offers a Empower Patient Education Program that focuses on Childbirth and Parenting Education. These classes are designed to teach Parents on Birthing Education, Postpartum Services, and Healthy Eating Pre-and-Post Pregnancy. Different Classes are offered on a week-to-week basis. These Classes are created to help educate families on their Beautiful Bundles of Joy. EmpowerHer Patient Education is also for Father’s Group Therapy and Birthing Sessions.
