EmpowerBirth Education Program

  • WEEKS 1 and 2

    The EmpowerBirth Education Program (EBEP) is designed to provide week by week instruction for internal employees. Each Week there are Different Instructors and Lessons that are given for all new employees at La Bella Fleur. EBEP is the first four weeks of Hospital and Healthcare Orientation. Week 1 and 2 consists of trainings such as: HR Documentation, E-Learnings, HIPAA Trainings, IT, and more.

  • WEEK 3

    Week Three of the EBEP Program consists of La Bella Fleur Company Overview and HealthStream E-Learnings. The New Employee will Learn topics such as: Hospital Safety, Working with Bloodborne Pathogens, Company Policies and Procedures while gaining extensive knowledge about the Electronic Health Record Systems such as: Modernization Medicine (ModMed) and Cerner.

  • WEEKS 4-12

    Week Four is the beginning of the EBEP Diamond Program which consists of 8 weeks of specialized class training for the organization. The first day is an introduction of the EBEP Diamond Class. This Class is for all new hires. The next four days will consist of Clinical Skills Training for all Clinical Personnel. This Skills Training consist of demonstrations of skills based on your Clinical Position within the Organization.
